The Blonde is an ochre-colored abbey beer, light fruit, good balance between sweet and bitter and a full, rounded flavor. The use of Gatinais barley combined with carefully selected hops creates a perfectly balanced, relatively light tasting beer with a fruity malty taste. This beer’s well-balanced, light taste is an ideal accompaniment to a broad range of food including fish, pork and fine Belgian cheeses.

A dark burgundy, top-fermented Abbey Beer with a full body. The mixture of different malts and the use of dark candy sugar combine to produce a delicious sweet toffee taste with a brandy-like finish. The name Double refers to the fact that it has been fermented twice: once in the barrel, then again in the maturation cellars.
